Derek Perill
Managing Director / Recruitment Director
Derek has 20 years of recruitment experience sourcing candidates with ‘STEM’ backgrounds. A recent MBA graduate from the University of Limerick, Derek prides himself on providing an outstanding recruitment service to both employers and jobseeker alike.
Derek has experience managing major recruitment projects and consults with start-ups and many businesses keen to develop an effective recruitment plan.

Teresa Tyler
Recruitment Director
Teresa simply put, loves the world of recruitment! The service she offers to her job-seeking candidates and employer clients looking for real talent is exceptional. In addition to 15 years + experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Life Science Recruitment, Teresa studied Business at Uxbridge College in the UK and Life Sciences at the University of Limerick.
